Monica Cunningham joined the firm in 1977 and has served as President and Managing Shareholder since 1994. With more than 34 years of experience in public accounting, Monica specializes in the insurance, dental, medical, manufacturing, and real estate-related industries. Her focus at the firm includes firm management; planning and supervision of corporate, estate, trust, personal and tax engagements; as well as financial accounting engagements; consultation; and representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue.

Monica graduated from Florida State University's School of Business with a major in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in the state of Florida, and has earned a Certificate of Education Achievement in Estate Planning. Monica is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the West Coast Chapter of the FICPA. She is also a member of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce; Finance Chair and past Nurture Pillar Chair of First United Methodist Church of St. Petersburg; current member of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee, as well as past Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee, at Family Resources; Bible Study Fellowship discussion leader; volunteer speaker for University of South Florida Speakers Series; past Treasurer of a Gift of Teaching; and past treasurer of the Network of Christian Counselors.

Monica is married with two grown children. She enjoys volunteering and outdoor activities, and is a Florida State Football fan.
