Tom is the executive director of Aspire CPAs, responsible for the overall practice management. He founded the firm with the idea that his clients would be comprised of entrepreneurs and small business owners. Prior to establishing Aspire CPAs in 1985, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers).

Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University in 1977 and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Investment Advisor. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS), the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
